If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every customer has a great experience with us. At Luxury Home and Garden, we take pride in our products and services and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To return the product, please write to us at returns@luxuryhomeandgarden.co.uk, clearly marking the email with the subject “Product Return”. You must send this email within the 14-day period to qualify for returning the goods.

If you would like to return the goods after the 14-day return period has elapsed, please get in touch with us. We may still be able to accept your return, but there may be charges involved. Each case will be handled on an individual basis.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you choose to return any goods within the 14-day period, we will refund you via the same payment method used for the purchase. We will reimburse you for all costs related to the product purchase and standard delivery. However, any special delivery costs cannot be covered under our returns policy. If we incur any additional costs due to special circumstances surrounding the order fulfilment, then these additional costs may be deducted from the refund. This may apply to any special finishes or bespoke designs.

REFUNDS

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. If the refund request is made before the products are shipped out to you, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the notification.

RETURNING YOUR GOODS

The cost of returning the goods to us must be borne by the client. The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging. Depending on the product you are returning, the address may vary. Therefore, we will inform you of the correct address to return the goods to once we have received your email indicating that you would like to make a return. Please do not return goods without receiving acceptance that the goods are to be returned. This is to ensure that money is not wasted on product returns which do not qualify for a refund.

EXCLUSIONS

Due to safety concerns regarding the contents, we are unable to accept Bioethanol fuel bottles that have been opened back into stock. Therefore, we cannot offer returns for opened bottles.
